Slow start to commercial market this year, but 60 commercial assets and 120 homes are on offer in next month’s Allsop’s catalogue
As many as 180 lots with combined guide prices totalling about €30 million are scheduled to be offered for sale in Allsop’s first auction of the year on Wednesday, February 23. Reflecting the auctioneer’s move away from public events, this auction is scheduled to take place online, along with the rest of this year’s auctions.
