Call Pal, an Irish company that provides outsourced call answering services, has more than tripled in size over the last two years after the pandemic boosted the use of phone calls.

Now the company, which was founded by Rachael Gray in 2017, is planning to grow its headcount once again, adding new staff to its 16-person team as part of a plan to double its business in the next two years.
