This is the Cupra Formentor, a performance coupé-SUV from the spin-off brand of Seat, the Spanish marque which is part of Volkswagen Group.
In 2018, it was decided that Cupra could go it alone as a marque in itself and the Formentor is the second product from this subsidiary, after the rather-similar inaugural machine, the Cupra Ateca SUV, that launched two years ago.
