University of Limerick: Independent valuations priced €12m Rhebogue houses at ‘maximum’ level
New report into UL’s housing overspend suggests university doesn’t appear to have followed ‘any negotiation strategy’
The University of Limerick requested that the 20 houses for which it paid €5 million over the odds be assessed as student accommodation rather than homes, which resulted in the “maximum hypothetical value” being attached to them, a new report has found.
