TD Murphy to complain to Gsoc over ‘fabrication’

Solidarity TD Paul Murphy is to make a formal complaint to the Garda Ombudsman (Gsoc) that gardaí lied under oath at the Jobstown protest trial earlier this year.

Murphy and five others, including two Solidarity councillors, were found not guilty earlier this year of falsely imprisoning former Tánaiste Joan Burton and her assistant in their car in Jobstown in Dublin in November 2014.
