McGrath: I voted against Ross’s airport noise bill ‘by accident’
Independent Alliance minister Finian McGrath has said that he voted against his colleague Shane Ross’s controversial airport noise bill ‘by accident’.
Government TDs were under orders to support the bill, which will introduce a new noise regulator for Dublin Airport.
Ross, the Minister for Transport, had complained that some Fine Gael TDs were the cause of losing a vote to an amendment to the bill, due to their presence at the Ireland-Georgia Euro 2020...
