You will have noted, no doubt the arrest last week of Sergiy Bochkovsky, the Ukrainian emergency services minister and his deputy, Vasyl Stoyetsky. Both men are accused of corruption, of course, but the details of their alleged crimes need not detain us here. They will, no doubt, be carefully and forensically addressed by the authorities in Kiev.
