Kelly set to bring social housing plan to cabinet
Policy designed to lure investors with guaranteed income streams
Environment Minister Alan Kelly will this week bring a plan to cabinet to entice investors into the social housing market by guaranteeing up to 90 per cent of the income stream from the schemes.
