Our economy produces more inequality than any other wealthy country

The last ten mentions of inequality in the Oireachtas were all by members on the left, from Sinn Féin and the left independents.

In the US, Republicans Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio are championing the fight against inequality, as are the “red Tories” in Britain. It is the cutting-edge topic in policy debate internationally, and often non-partisan.
