The Independent Alliance is unhappy with the delay in reopening six Garda stations, including one in Minister Shane Ross’s constituency.
It has emerged that the reopening of six stations on a pilot basis has been delayed by the recent Garda pay dispute.
Stepaside Garda station, which is in Ross’s Dublin Rathdown constituency, is expected to be among those reopened after he demanded it in the programme for government talks.
