The chief executive of Ires Reit, Ireland’s biggest landlord, met in January with housing minister Simon Coveney to lobby him on the rental market.

David Ehrlich met with Coveney, according to filings with the lobbying register, for the purpose of conveying “the Ires perspective” on the impact of the Planning and Development and Residential Tenancies Act 2016.
