Urgent task now is to implement Scally’s findings

It was to be expected that the publication of the excellent report by Dr Gabriel Scally would not be the end of the CervicalCheck scandal. But it has gone a long way towards answering some of the key questions that have troubled the families of the 204 women (a figure later revised to 221) whose cervical cancer was missed by the national screening service.
