There are times when we have to congratulate ourselves. Last weekend in Ireland was one such occasion. The centenary celebrations of 1916 were a remarkable success. The massive parade through Dublin last Sunday brought to the capital a rare display of the state in all its complexity. In particular, the Defence Forces were immaculately turned out and deserve huge credit.
