The new Bus Éireann chief executive Ray Hernan has spent recent days touring bus depots in Galway, Athlone, Sligo and Donegal, holding “town hall” style meetings with his disgruntled staff.
Hernan, who joined Bus Éireann as chief financial officer late last year, became chief executive when his predecessor Martin Nolan stepped down in January.
