Michael Healy-Rae appears to be the only member of the 32nd Dáil who has not lost his marbles. Arriving at Leinster House the Kilgarvan chieftain dismissed the posturing of the last couple of weeks as a charade.
He then went on television and advised the Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil leaders to get a room and stay there until it was clear whether or not they can form a government together.
