Watchdog ramps up probe into €100m Sisk Healthcare buyout plan

The state’s competition watchdog has escalated its probe into the proposed €100 million buyout of Sisk Healthcare by Uniphar.

The deal would see members of the Sisk family, which controls the medical device distribution firm Sisk Healthcare, receive €65 million over two years as well as stakes in Irish pharmacy wholesaler Uniphar.
