Nial Dorrian came back to Ireland after ten years with Digicel in the Caribbean. Now he runs the growing peer-to-peer funder Linked Finance

Jamaica, St Lucia, Trinidad and Barbados. These sun-kissed Caribbean islands sound much more appealing places to work than Dublin city on a cloudy cool Tuesday morning when I meet Niall Dorrian. A former senior executive with Denis O’Brien’s Digicel Group in the Caribbean, Dorrian spent the best past of a decade working for Digicel in various parts of the region.
