A US software company that announced plans for 100 remote jobs in Ireland last year has said it no longer plans to pursue that target.

Medallia, which offers software that allows firms to manage customer service and employees, is understood to have hired just over 20 of the planned 100 in the last year but held a round of redundancies on the week of February 14.
