Ireland must develop pathways for people whose jobs are under threat from emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to upskill, the Minister of State for Digital has said.

Dara Calleary was speaking after attending the UK’s AI safety summit, which brought together political and business leaders from around the world for what British prime minister Rishi Sunak hailed as a “landmark” event.
