Two directors quit Cuisine de France parent Aryzta amid dispute over leadership

Gordon Hardie, the board’s only Irish director, has resigned with immediate effect

Urs Jordi’s continued dual role at Aryzta has been the cause of dispute at the business.

Gordon Hardie, the sole Irish director of Aryzta, has resigned his role on the board of the Swiss-Irish baking business with immediate effect. In addition, Jörg Riboni has resigned his position on the board.

Aryzta, the owner of Cuisine de France, issued a statement thanking both with no reason given for their resignations. The moves however come during a dispute over the dual roles of Urs Jordi at the business.
