Trinity’s provost criticised by ex-students for not speaking out on Israel-Hamas conflict

Former Trinity students who spent time in Jerusalem documenting Israeli abuse as part of a university-backed research programme have criticised the college’s provost for not condemning the brutal strikes on Gaza.

Linda Doyle was told that “words matter, action matters, silence matters” by alumni who have chronicled Israeli human rights violations in the West Bank, and was urged to speak out and call for a ceasefire in the ongoing conflict.
