Tier Mobility announces e-bike and scooter scheme in Fingal, eyes nationwide expansion
Micro-mobility business will work with Payzone in rollout of services, which are to be extended to Limerick and Meath in autumn
Tier, a micro-mobility firm that provides electronic bikes and scooters in cities across Europe, will make its services available through the Payzone app in Fingal, Co Dublin, as part of the first phase of a planned nationwide roll-out.
The firm is partnering with Payzone, a payment service provider, to make its e-bikes and scooters available through the Payzone app in the north Dublin area.
Users of the Payzone app will be able to locate and rent Tier’s e-bikes and e-scooters, with a goal of reducing car usage. Tier first entered the Irish market in 2021 and secured a deal to provide e-bikes in Fingal in 2022.
