Teenage boy charged in connection with Talbot street tourist attack

A teenager boy has been charged in connection to the assault of an American tourist on Talbot Street in Dublin.

In a statement on Sunday, An Garda Síochána said that the juvenile, who was arrested earlier that afternoon, appeared before a special sitting of the Children's Court. He has been remanded on bail to appear before court again on Thursday July 27.
