Son of bankrupt Tory peer claims he was victim of ‘misappropriation’ of funds

Edward Magan, the son of bankrupt Tory peer George Magan, has told a court in Britain that he was the victim of “misappropriation” by Irish pension fund manager Tony Flanagan.

The accusations were heard in court in Leeds earlier this month as part of a winding up petition against one of Flanagan’s companies, Wilton Group UK.
