Fresh from a first-round court victory against internet giant Google, low cost airline Ryanair intends serving legal papers on US travel company Expedia this week.

The case, lodged in the High Court last Wednesday, is the latest in a long line of legal actions brought by the Irish airline across Europe over virtual travel agents allegedly mis-selling flights with data that has been screen scraped from Ryanair’s website.
