Row over Sandymount hotel raises ‘issues of some gravity’

A legal dispute between the operators of a Sandymount bed-and-breakfast and a company which purchased the property from a fund involves issues of serious importance, the High Court has heard.

The row concerns two sets of legal proceedings involving Aberdeen Lodge, a 16-bedroom guest house in an upmarket Dublin 4 neighbourhood.
