Regulator contacts planning body over fire safety appeals

The Office of the Planning Regulator (OPR) has contacted An Bord Pleanála over its handling of fire safety certificate appeals after the Business Post revealed that developers have been successful in amending or overturning conditions in nearly 90 per cent of cases.
