Keith Craddock’s Red Rock Developments has made a fresh attempt to develop a 10-storey tourist accommodation block in Dublin city centre, marking yet another pivot in its plans for the Foley Street site.

In recent years, the company has met opposition from Dublin City Council’s planning section over different projects it proposed for a site on Foley Street, near Connolly station.
