Bourke on the silver screen
Jay Bourke has spent his career in the headlines, initially, for his success in revolutionising Dublin’s nightlife with his involvement in the likes of Pantibar, Rí Rá, Café Bar Deli, and the Globe.
He has had his scrapes too with a recent bankruptcy putting him in rebuilding mode.
But Post Script was surprised to see he has taken to the silver screen.
The lusciously-haired Bourke has a cameo in the Jack Armstrong-directed Irish film Made in Dublin which is picking up acclaim on the festival circuit.
