Tony Flanagan’s appointment of administrators to wind-up Wilton UK Group, his embattled pension firm, has hit a legal snag, according to reports.

The administrators will have now have to ask the firm’s creditors to ratify their appointment. Creditors could ask the court to take a different insolvency route.
