The Pensions Authority has settled its High Court action against a company which managed investment in the now-collapsed Dolphin Trust.

The state’s pensions watchdog said in a statement that Wealth Options Trustees Limited (WOTL) had agreed to retire and cease to act as a trustee of seven of the schemes to which it had sought a court order in relation to.
