Passenger cap at Dublin Airport would ‘effectively close’ it for business flights, warns US body

The DAA has applied to increase the passenger capacity from 32 million to 40 million passengers, but it could be 2025 before it happens

The US-based National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has written to the US Ambassador in Ireland warning that a proposal from the DAA “would effectively close Dublin Airport for all business aviation flights in 2024.”

The NBAA represents more than 11,000 companies and professionals in the US.
