The partner of a man killed in an incident at a Kildare meat plant has issued legal proceedings against the company behind the plant, High Court records show.
Shkurte Cokaj has filed the case against Kildare Chilling Company Unlimited, as well as Momentum Capital Projects Limited, a recruitment agency, and Sealed Air, a packaging company.
