A Paddy McKillen jnr-backed company behind the new Clery’s development has launched High Court proceedings against a retailer it alleges unlawfully terminated a €1.2 million lease.

Oces Property Holdings Limited, which has been developing the new Clery’s Quarter, is suing Heatons Limited, which trades as Flannels, a high-end clothing retailer.
