Nursing homes told to ‘delete and destroy’ documents
Meeting is now the subject of a probe by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission
Nursing Homes Ireland instructed members and its legal firm to “delete and destroy” documents related to a meeting it held about the Fair Deal nursing home scheme.
That meeting, which was organised by Nursing Homes Ireland, the representative body for the private and voluntary nursing home sector, is now the subject of a probe by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
