Nuritas to announce new fundraising drive

Recent accounts from the biotech company that counts Bono and the Edge of U2 among its investors show losses rose to €18.1 million by the end of 2020

Nuritas, an Irish biotech company founded by Dr Nora Khaldi and backed by U2 frontman Bono, will announce a new round of fundraising next week, the Business Post can reveal.

No details of the size or source of the investment have yet been disclosed, but the news comes after the company’s auditors stated in its most recently published financial accounts that there was a material uncertainty that might cast significant doubt on Nuritas’ ability to ...
