Number of women on ISEQ20 boards increases, but progress on senior leadership balance stays slow

The percentage of women on the boards of ISEQ20 companies has reached 40 per cent, but progress on achieving balance at senior leadership level remains slow, according to new data from the Balance for Better Business review group.

The average level of female representation on the boards of all listed companies is 37 per cent, meaning that Irish public companies remain on track to surpass EU requirements of 33 per cent by 2026. Across other ...
