NTMA to hold year’s first bond auction in March

State body plans to issue €6 billion to €10 billion of bonds in 2024

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) has announced plans to hold a bond auction on March 21, its only such auction of the first quarter of 2024.

The auction - the details of which will be announced on March 19 - is subject to market conditions, the state body said.

It also said it intends to issue a new bond by syndication during the quarter.
