‘Nothing is forever’ – Brennan brothers put Park Hotel on the market
John and Francis Brennan are majority owners of the hotel, with Fergal Naughton, the chief executive of Glen Dimplex, a holder of a substantial minority stake
The Brennan brothers, John and Francis, are selling their luxury Kerry hotels, the Park and the Lansdowne Kenmare, for a reported guide price of €20.5 million.
As reported in The Irish Times, the two brothers are looking to pursue “other interests and opportunities”.
