Northern Ireland care home operator to create 950 jobs following multi-million pound US investment

Healthcare Ireland, a privately-owned nursing home company, said it plans to create 950 jobs in Northern Ireland after a multi-million pound investment Welltower, an American healthcare investor.

The company said in a press release that it plans to use the money to expand to 40 nursing homes in Northern Ireland, and to develop facilities on the rest of the island.

It will also expand its business in Britain as well, the company said.
