No sign of drop-off in post-pandemic parcel delivery

Online shopping is booming and Parcel Connect aims to triple its annual volume to 7.5 million packages a year in the next two years

Parcel Connect, which provides collection and drop-off points for packages, expects the pandemic-era boom in e-commerce to continue over the coming years despite a return to high-street shopping.

Luke Teeling, the newly appointed head of Parcel Connect, said online shopping is still going “from strength to strength” long after the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions and the return to normal life.
