No plans to increase Aer Lingus services from Shannon as chief exec calls for greater capacity in Dublin

Aer Lingus has no plans to increase its services from Shannon Airport, the chief executive of the airline has said.

In May 2021, Aer Lingus closed its base at Shannon Airport resulting in the loss of 81 cabin crew jobs. The airline still operates a number of flights from the airport, including to New York (JFK), Boston, Atlanta, and London Heathrow.
