A new witness has agreed to give testimony for the state’s report into the sale of Nama’s Project Eagle loan book in the North.

The new witness “had a central involvement” in some of the matters being examined, retired Judge John Cooke, who is leading the Commission of Investigation, said in an update on its progress.
