Ireland’s first National Space Strategy For Enterprise was launched last week by Minister of State at the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation John Halligan. Admitting the plan was not about ‘planets and astronauts’ Halligan said the Irish companies involved in space-related activities were diverse and at the cutting edge of global space technology.
