New pay deals agreed for staff at An Post and Eir
Staff at Eir and An Post are in store for pay increases of up to 13 and 8 per cent respectively if the agreements come to pass
The Communication Workers’ Union (CWU) has negotiated two new pay agreements for workers at Eir and An Post, which will now go to a member’s ballot.
Eir workers, should they vote for the deal, are in line for an up to 13 per cent increase over the next 33 months, while An Post workers could see an 8 per cent boost to their pay packets over the next two years.
