Dublin City Council is investigating the Clontarf Baths development where the outdoor swimming pool required as part of planning permission has not yet opened.

The historic 130-year-old seawater pool was restored and the location redeveloped by Turk’s Head publican and hotelier David Cullen and his family, and a very popular 250-seat restaurant and café bar opened there, at a cost of close to €2.5 million.
