Dónal O’Sullivan, the Kerry-born co-founder of a New York construction firm, has been sentenced to six months in prison for his involvement in a scheme that defrauded workers at his company Navillus.

Navillus, set up 1987, was established by O’Sullivan and his brothers Kevin and Leonard when they moved to the US from Ireland. His sister Helen O’Sullivan previously worked as the company treasurer and payroll administrator of the company.
