Less than a quarter of modular homes to house Ukrainian refugees in Ireland have been completed as the government is set to miss its target of delivering 700 units by the end of the year.

The Department of Equality has confirmed that just 114 modular homes have so far been built following difficulties assessing suitable sites around the country.
