Microsoft to reduce Irish headcount by up to 70

Microsoft employs more than 3,500 people in Ireland

Microsoft is making further job cuts at its Irish operations.

The tech giant is cutting up to 70 jobs here, it is understood.

“Organisational and workforce adjustments are a necessary and regular part of managing our business,” a Microsoft spokesperson told the Business Post.

“We will continue to prioritise and invest in strategic growth areas for our future and in support of our customers and partners.”
