Meta unveils updated AI model Llama 3

Meta has debuted a new version of Llama, its artificial intelligence (AI) model, in its latest effort to keep pace with similar technology from companies like OpenAI and Google.

Llama 3, unveiled on Thursday, is an upgrade from an AI model that the Facebook parent company released last summer.
